I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough. Having broken down in Taupo the week before on route from Napier to Tauranga, we'd had to leave the vehicle with different mechanic after getting a tow off SH1 on Friday night, and get the bus back to Napier the next day. I was then charged $300 by this mechanic, who only changed the blown fuse and told me it was fixed. However the issue remained, which resulted in the vehicle breaking down again less than 1km from that mechanic in a major junction at 1pm the day before a long weekend. I found Mark and Deon online, and was towed up to their workshop, where Deon spent all afternoon diagnosing the problem and actually fixing it. Deon understood that I'd had to make the trip back to Taupo from Napier to come and pick the vehicle up, and couldn't afford to leave it in Taupo again for another week. He went above and beyond to help me, and to make sure that I was safe to get home. I feel incredibly lucky to have come across such kind and genuine men that were honest, explained the issues to me, fitted me in when they were already busy, and charged me a very reasonable price. We came up from Wellington and broke down a tow company recommended mark and took us straight there. He knew we were in a difficult situation as we needed to get around as we were on holiday for a birthday and also had no idea how we were going to get back home. We made a plan asap he lent us a car to use and generally was so lovely. He fixed our car asap so we could get home. He felt like a friend of ours and very greatlful to have met him and his tow friend. Would definitely stop back in the future to pop in and say hello. Such a caring man. He saved us in so many ways so we could carry on enjoying our holiday. Even better being open in the weekend. Your a great soul mark you and your team and deserve all the credits. Wow what great service. We called after 9pm cause we were stuck in a gas station with a van that wouldn’t start. He got us together with a quick tow from Rocket and just a calm demeanor. He couldn’t find a problem so he didn’t fix anything or charge us- he just gave us REALLY GOOD advice. Highly recommend. He’s a good one.

We had awesome service. Air Con in camper had gone on the blink while we were on a trip. Called Fix N Fit Auto and they had it sorted within a couple of hours. Can't rate highly enough. Also didn't over charge just because it was a European vehicle either.

Mark literally saved our anniversary trip. On our way to Taupō I dropped my engagement ring in the car. After extensive searching we still could not locate it. We pulled into Mark’s shop on the off chance he could help us look in places we may not have thought of. He couldn’t see it but let us continue to search in his parking lot. My fiancé located it in the vent under the passenger seat so far out of reach. Mark without hesitation helped us remove the seat and car panels to lift the carpet, access the vent and get my ring out. We are so grateful for his kindness and knowledge and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Mark!

We were visiting Taupo when we got a flattie from a broken valve on our camper tyre . Fix n Fit Auto were easy to get hold of and came out promptly to fix on a Sunday morning during a long weekend. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.
